PVW Resources is planning to test new anomalies this month following promising exploration results from its Kalgoorlie gold projects.
Aircore drilling assays, taken from the company’s Black Flag prospect, have returned significant results confirming a bedrock anomaly over 2 kilometres of a strike as high as 1.84 grams per tonne over 3 metres.
Meanwhile, extension auger drilling has identified 40 parts per billion anomalies at the nearby Pappy prospect, with elevated gold detected over three kilometres.
The results come less than two months after the company increased its prospective gold targeting area by a whopping 50 per cent at Black Flag’s adjoining King of The West project through the acquisition of Stark Resources and a clever land swap with a neighbour.
PVW expects the final aircore results this month while also anticipating auger results from the King of The West in due course.
The company’s Australian Stock Exchange-listed shares were trading at 18c today (4:28 pm GMT+ 8 hours).
