Ragnar define inspring Swedish metal

ASX: RAG

Ragnar Metals have defined a potential company making large and highly mineralised ore bodies from downhole-induced polarisation modelling at the Tullsta project in Sweden’s Bergslagen District northwest of Stockholm.

Modelling also promised mineralisation extending outside the main ore body, allowing future exploration to establish additional targets.

The company is upbeat about the level of success following initial conceptual modelling striking nickel and copper in three out of four holes.

It said the latest results excitingly coincided with the initial indications.

“Importantly, it has also confirmed the potential scale of mineralisation at Granmuren to be globally significant,” executive director Eddie King said.

“With these results in hand and our enhanced understanding of the geology, it paves the way for an incredibly exciting follow-up drilling campaign,” executive director Eddie King said.

Follow-up plans are well advanced, with June’s drilling set to fire up.

RAG’s Australian Stock Exchange-listed share price was trading at 3.7 c today (8.16 am UTC+ 8 hours).
