Dundas dig into more Central sulphide

14 December 2022 09:33
ASX: DUN

Dundas Minerals have completed Hole 4 to 552.5 metres at the Central exploration target, successfully intercepting more sulphide zones on the hunt for nickel, copper, and gold in Western Australia’s Albany-Fraser Orogen.

The results provide further credence towards abundant sulphides within a hydrothermal mineral system.

A continuous intercept 10.25 metre intercept of semi-massive and highly conductive pyrrhotite was the highlight, coming in alongside 86.5 metre intervals of disseminated pyrite & pyrrhotite.

It marks another success at Central as the explorer continues to be encouraged by the EIS co-funded program’s visual results as it targets mineralisation akin to the nearby and highly productive Nova-Bollinger deposit.

Dundas have already commenced on both Hole 5 and downhole electromagnetic surveys over Central, anticipating assays from Hole 4 to come in by late January.

DUN’s Australian Stock Exchange-listed share price was trading at 18c today (9.29 am UTC+ 8 hours).
