Brookside bring Wolf Pack to production

21 February 2023 09:10
ASX: BRK

Brookside Energy have established commercial production and sales from the Wolf Pack Well, producing oil and gas into fully operational permanent production facilities with encouraging early flow in Oklahoma’s Stephens County.

It marks the company’s fourth high impact well flowing sales from the energy-rich soils of the Anadarko Basin — coming online in a record three months from spud to sale.

Material volumes of oil and gas have already been sold, and as oil is trucked to nearby pipeline terminal and gas flows by pipeline to an Enerfin processing facility, Brookside will continue building from a large and low-risk inventory of Oklahoma wells, with its Juanita Well already showing extensive oil shows and gas readings across primary, secondary and tertiary targets in an expanded Bradbury Area of Interest.

The company said early indications were pointing to a very successful outcome, and it was delighted to be able to report on yet another wonderful operational outcome from SWISH, as it establishes the first well of its Phase Two development.

“Once again I would like to thank the Black Mesa team as well as our team of contractors and service companies, without their care and diligence we would not be able to achieve these significant milestones,” managing director David Prentice said.

“Three months from spud to first sales is a tremendous result and we look forward to bringing further news from the Wolf Pack as it continues to clean-up and production increases.”

Oil and gas sales will keep going as flow-back operations continue, with Brookside reporting on flow rates as they are achieved.

BRK’s Australian Stock Exchange-listed share price has risen 8.33 per cent today, currently selling at 1.3c (9.04 am UTC+ 8 hours).
