Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (ASX:NGS), a global nutrition company focused on creating clinically proven products for children’s growth and development, has announced a major milestone in its partnership with the leading U.S. retailer, Walmart, as Happy Tummies® is set to be stocked in a minimum of 795 Walmart stores across the United States as part of the Week 32 Modular in department 40.
Building on Success
This milestone comes on the heels of Walmart’s agreement to secure the inclusion of Happy Tummies® in their range following the successful introduction of the Kidz Protein® products in Walmart stores and the Company’s participation in Walmart’s exclusive “Open Call” event the previous year.

Initial Inventory Signals Strong Market Interest
The journey to this milestone began with the receipt of initial inventory into Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd distribution warehouses, with a substantial order of 5,760 units, totalling US$70,560, surpassing the Company’s initial expectations.
The revenue recognition for this initial order will materialise once the shipment reaches Walmart’s distribution centres, marking a pivotal moment in the Company’s growth trajectory.
Cleaner Living and Department 40
Happy Tummies® is strategically placed within department 40 at Walmart, a category that encompasses over-the-counter (OTC) and pharmacy items. Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd innovative product aligns perfectly with Walmart’s vision for “Cleaner Living,” a new initiative focusing on offering cleaner, healthier versions of dietary supplements.
Happy Tummies® is poised to be one of the standout brands in this transition at Walmart, thanks to its simplified formulation.
Unlike many competing products, it contains a minimal number of ingredients, using all-natural sweeteners and absolutely no sugar. The blend includes whey protein, Sunfiber®2, and a probiotic strain, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, without any artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives.
